Responsibilities
As a Night Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive guest experience. We seek an experienced professional with a solid background in similar positions who profoundly understands reception duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Efficient handling of check-ins, check-outs, and reservations:
- Utilize your expertise to streamline the check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations effectively, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Multilingual skills and customer-focused approach:
- Demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, anticipating and addressing guests’ needs proactively.
- Positive attitude and meaningful engagement:

Qualifications
- Proven experience in similar front office positions.
- Proficient understanding of reception duties, including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
