Job Description

Established in 1993, SR Services Ltd is a family-run business that has grown into one of Malta’s leading suppliers of construction, industrial and recycling plants, and equipment with a large portfolio of prestigious international brands, it represents. Following a recent expansion, we are presently looking for a reliable Data Entry and Logistics Officer to undertake logistics data entry tasks.  The ideal candidate will be competent to work with little supervision, self-motivated and trustworthy.

As Data Entry and Logistics Officer, you will be processing data on all imports (suppliers and shipping), receiving imported stock, calculating landing costs, processing all required documents on our software system and having the items with documents ready for our clients. The role will also involve preparing reports and yearly stocktakes. Training on our software system and company procedures will be given.

Reporting to the General Manager the responsibilities will include

  • Data entry into the ERP system (training on the system will be provided)
  • Processing documentation on shipments
  • Validating received goods

Requirements

  • Experienced in using Microsoft applications including Excel
  • Fast learner
  • Team player
  • Professional English (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience in logistics data entry or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum MQF level 3

Nice To Have

  • MQF level 4 in Logistics
  • Work experience in data entry and logistics
  • Experience in using ODOO software system
