We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Onboarding Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in welcoming and integrating small and medium-sized enterprises into our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with SME clients to understand their needs, facilitate a smooth onboarding process, and ensure their successful transition into our business ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, new merchants and partners
- Handle merchant and partner change requests post-onboarding is completed
- Ensuring data is correctly entered into the onboarding system
- Handle cases in a timely manner
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for onboarding
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues between the business and new merchants and partners
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience
- Identify areas of process improvement / gaps in the system and escalate accordingly
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience working in a service-oriented role
- Focused on customer service delivery and team collaboration
- Strong customer relationship/interaction skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Be detail-oriented
- Being able to handle large volumes of requests and able to prioritize effectively
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms
- Eagerness to learn
