Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join us in the role of HR and Administrative Assistant. You will play a pivotal role in executing our human resources functions and supporting our Executive team. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can seamlessly navigate between tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Handle onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork and setting up employee records
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Assist with performance management processes, such as tracking performance reviews and employee evaluations
- Handle administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Support general HR functions, such as employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Having a strong business initiative is a must. A valid work permit in Malta is required.
