Role Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support across various administrative and clerical tasks. From data entry and file management to assisting with training coordination and quality assurance, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry: Accurately inputting data into electronic databases and spreadsheets, ensuring integrity and correctness.
  • File management: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
  • Communication: Promptly responding to emails, calls, and inquiries, and assisting with routine correspondence.
  • Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and compiling reports as required.
  • Administrative support: Providing general assistance to various departments, scheduling appointments and meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Document preparation: Formatting documents, reports, and presentations to support organizational needs.
  • Customer service: Assisting customers or clients with inquiries and directing queries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Office equipment Operation: Operating office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
  • Order processing: Processing and tracking orders, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree: In a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational skills: With a knack for multitasking.
  • Proficiency in data analysis: Ability to analyze and report data accurately.
  • Excellent communication: Both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail: A commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team: Collaborative spirit and self-motivation.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management systems: A plus, but not required.
