Job Description

We are currently seeking a B2C Sales Team Lead to join our team.

Detailed Descriptions of Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the B2C Sales team.
  • Assist walk-in customers as required.
  • Issue quotations for walk-in customers as well as online queries.
  • Responsible for data inputting, filing and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a fully stocked shop.
  • Responsible for maintaining healthy stock levels within the shop.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes.
  • Keep up to date with the product information.
  • Participating in public events organized or sponsored by the company, as required.
  • Recommending items that match the client’s needs.
  • Staying current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Responsible for managing the OK support email and answering prospective clients in a timely manner and / or distributing emails to the Sales team accordingly.
  • Accurately describing product features and benefits.
  • Meeting sales target.
  • To ensure compliance with internal company Quality, HR and Health and Safety procedures at all times.
  • To undergo training as may be required.

Preferred Education and Work Experience

  • Background in healthcare or nursing will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in sales or in a similar industry.
  • Fluent in English and Maltese language.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
