Job Description
As a Demand and Supply Planning Specialist at Nestlé Malta, you play a critical role in ensuring we’re adapting to the ever-changing needs and demands of our customers, helping us to shape a better and healthier world. You’ll provide best-in-class service support in the areas of demand and supply planning and be responsible for import to Malta as part of a team.

Duties:
- Evaluate the supply plan of the assigned area of the business to satisfy customer needs;
- Maintaining optimal stock cover taking into account supply constraints and transportation costs;
- Review weekly stock level;
- Inbound transportation planning: elaborate and communicate supplies forecasts with other departments and other Nestlé companies and enter data in the system (SAP system);
- Confirm purchase orders.
Education and experience:
- Experience in logistics commercial environments such as demand and supply planning, procurement, and / or import operation as a minimum requirement;
- Qualification in Management, Accounts, or Economics would be considered a plus;
- Good communication skills – written and spoken English;
- Computer literacy;
- Ability to work independently while being a team player to achieve common goals;
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
