Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for the role of an Administration Clerk / Personal Secretary to CEO, within the company.

This role is offered on full-time basis from 09:00 until 17:30.

The chosen candidate will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration and running of the office and ensuring that this function is performed in a professional, efficient and diligent manner.

The key responsibilities within this role are the following: 

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the CEO of the firm.
  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings.
  • Posting of invoices in the company’s ledgers.
  • Handling and filing of documentation.
  • Liaison with people at different levels within the firm, service providers, government entities and clients.

The selected candidate shall possess a good command of English and be a committed, enthusiastic and articulate individual. They will be expected to be proactive in dealing with daily issues promptly and efficiently. Flexibility, ability to work on own initiative and possession of excellent organization and communication skills will be also considered as important attributes for this role.

The ideal candidate shall have a minimum A’ level standard of education, coupled with at least 2 years experience in a similar position, ideally in a demanding environment.

A remuneration package, commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate will be offered.
