Job Description
Muscats Motors Ltd is searching for a motivated and experienced Customer Relations Assistant to assist in our customer service department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention by answering customer questions quickly and effectively, resolve issues with empathy and care, improving brand credibility, and nurturing relationships.
To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate effective time management, adaptability and problem-solving.
Tasks:
- Comply with company policies and working procedures
- Ability to multitask, be assertive, calm with a friendly demeanour and have good conflict resolution skills
- Call clients following appointments to ask for feedback on the service provided
- Follow up on client concerns or requests with the appropriate department
- Log complaints in the system and action within a reasonable timeframe
- Create and submit customer boards
- Send customer feedback to aftersales at the end of the month
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Attend training as requested
