Job Description

We’re in need of a dynamic and skilled individual to take charge of our client’s customer care operations. This role involves overseeing various aspects such as the call centre, service centre reception, and keeping an eye on social media channels. The perfect fit will be someone who is deeply committed to providing top-notch customer service, exhibits strong leadership qualities, and has a proven history of achieving results in a fast-paced setting. This individual will collaborate closely with the Head of Servicing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a Customer Service team across various channels (calls, service centre, social media).
  • Guiding the team to deliver top-notch service.
  • Analysing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • By working with other departments, you’ll ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.
  • The role also requires staying current on industry trends to adapt strategies and fostering a positive team environment that prioritizes collaboration and learning.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Maltese and English.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer service, preferably within a call centre or service centre environment.
  • Advanced skills in Office applications and familiarity with ticketing and customer relations management systems.
  • Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards accomplishing objectives and meeting targets.
  • Analytical mindset, adept at recognizing patterns and making decisions based on data.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative resolutions to customer concerns.
