As part of Infinite Fusion’s continuous expansion, we’re looking to build a great team in preparation for our upcoming Gym opening!
Based in the south of Malta, we’re building a state-of-the-art facility and need a winning team to match. As the Gym’s Receptionist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction, which makes your role critical to its success!
The role
Reporting to the Gym Operations Manager and working together with the entire Gym team, your role will be to:
- Greet members and guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries, membership sign-ups, and general support.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common areas.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining member records.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the fitness centre.
- Actively promote membership upgrades, classes, and other services offered by the fitness centre.
- Handle any member concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the facility’s amenities, services, and safety protocols.
Who you are
To take on this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar ideally within a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
