Reports to: Customer Experience (CX) and Marketing Manager

Job Overview
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing the company’s marketing efforts. You’ll be working closely with our team to drive data-driven strategies that captivate our target audience and boost our brand’s success. If you’re passionate about Health and wellness and possess strong creative and analytical skills, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work under the direction of your manager to help reach the company’s marketing goals and objectives;
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales team to develop marketing strategies for several key brands, and help with driving the execution of these campaigns;
  • Develop monthly content calendars that support various marketing initiatives and execute data-driven marketing campaigns;
  • Develop and maintain marketing KPls, dashboards, and reports to track campaign performance;
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy;
  • Utilize customer segmentation to personalize and target marketing campaigns effectively;
  • A/B test marketing initiatives and provide insights for optimization;
  • Analyze marketing data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancing customer acquisition and retention;
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer behaviour to drive improvements in customer experience;
  • Update the website with assets and news;
  • Management of the online shop;
  • Help maintain social media accounts;
  • Help to organize and plan the production of major marketing materials by working closely with printers and other involved parties;
  • Create and execute email sendouts and newsletters;
  • Help to plan promotional events hosted by the company.


  • A first degree in Marketing or in a related area will be considered an asset;
  • Experience in marketing analysis;
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics;
  • Experience with working in Google Data Studio;
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing software and templating;
  • Knowledge of Adobe package, social media platforms, SEO, and other relevant digital marketing tools;
  • Strong MS Excel skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for data;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team and liaise with relevant stakeholders;
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and honour deadlines;
  • The ability to work independently and take accountability for projects;
  • Self-driven with a hands-on approach and a can-do mentality.
