As a Business Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our B2B telecom solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your insight into telecom products and services, combined with an understanding of the B2B market, will be instrumental in developing strategies that enhance our product offerings, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Does this sound like you? Here’s what you need to have to match our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field related to either Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or Engineering;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications industry;
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for B2B customers;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience with market analysis and strategy development.

  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and TM Forum standards and processes is a plus;
  • Understanding of the telecom industry, including emerging trends, technologies and regulations;
  • Understanding of the local business environment.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and the telecom industry landscape to effectively position our solutions in the B2B market;
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and development;
  • Work closely with the sales and after-sales support teams to provide technical expertise, ensuring they are well equipped to meet customer needs;
  • Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and, when necessary, for clients to ensure effective use of our solutions;
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and the sales team to recommend product enhancements or new features to the product development team;
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to promote our products and gather insights;
  • Assist in the creation of product marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, that articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
