A vacancy has arisen within the Wholesale department for a Sales Support Clerk.

The vacancy
Forming part of the current Sales Support team, this role mainly includes:
- Sales-team support:
- Ad-hoc daily assistance of the Sales team
- Telephone / emails enquiries
- Generation and presentation of statistical reports
- Issuing of sales memos and sales trade offers
- Maintenance of the company’s in-house product catalogue
- Suppliers matter:
- Working and processing of suppliers’ PO’s
- Involvement in shipping (freight forwarding)
- Preparation of suppliers’ invoices for inputting of stock in the computer system
- NSO declarations
- Stock card maintenance
The ideal candidate should be:
- Very well organized
- Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively, especially via email
- Comfortable with numbers
- Confident working with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Be a team player
- Highly numerical
