Job Description
Melita Ltd is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Outlet Leader to join our team. As a Retail Outlet Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific retail outlet within the assigned region. You will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the team to achieve common goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail agents, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and providing feedback.
- Ensure the efficient and effective utilization of tools, resources, and systems to maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and managers to develop and implement strategies for retail development, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail leadership role, preferably as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of retail operations.
