Job Description
As a Mobile Product Manager, your role will involve conducting market research to identify customer needs, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring the product to market, and analysing its performance. You will also work closely with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Success in this role centres on strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be able to adapt to new challenges.
Responsibilities extend to aligning product and marketing activities with the company’s overall strategy and objectives. You will be tasked with building a strategic plan and developing the company’s value proposition for Mobile Services, to achieve revenue growth and profitability. Additionally, it will be essential to understand customer behaviour and spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
Job requirements
- Experienced marketeer, with a focus on mobile services with at least 3 years of working experience in the industry
- Proven experience in product management within the telecom industry, with a focus on postpaid and prepaid services
- Proven track of revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and the introduction of value-added services
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Excel, World, PPT)
- Deep industry expertise
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with precision and focus
- Leadership experience and strong people management skills
- Strong skills in influencing and being able to collaborate with cross-functional teams especially Engineering department to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative products and features that delight our customers
