Position Overview
As the Garage Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our garage. You will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, including scheduling, day-to-day tasks, customer service, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling appointments, handling employee inquiries, and coordinating with mechanics.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering parts and supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Provide leadership and support to administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including health and safety guidelines.


  • Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in an automotive or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive management software.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus.
