Job role
Assisting and supporting the Administration team in all matters related to the day-to-day running of the administration office.
The Administration Executive’s main responsibilities will include
- Processing student bookings received from agents as well as direct clients
- Booking accommodation and airport transfers for students
- Assisting students with their visa applications
- Assisting in the running of the school’s main office efficiently and effectively
- Replying to emails and enquiries sent to the admin office
- Assisting with sales and marketing
- Dealing with clients and students through written and verbal communication
Key pre-requisites
- An outgoing dynamic personality, with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work as part of a team
- Demonstrating resourcefulness, flexibility and initiative
- Customer care oriented
The following will be considered an asset
- Experience in a similar role or at an ELT school
- Experience working with CLASS software (an ELT Classing system)
- Knowledge of other languages, other than English
- Working knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
- Possession of an ELT teaching permit
