We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to support our Marketing Manager in developing and implementing innovative consumer-marketing strategies for our brands.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and execute the marketing plan, driving brand preference and achieving set objectives.
- Manage digital channels, including social media calendars for various brand pages.
- Monitor the FMCG market and competition through regular market visits.
- Review performance indicators and provide monthly updates on product sales, proposing additional actions as needed.
- Engage with sales colleagues and management to identify category performance and opportunities, maximizing revenue and executing strategies effectively.
- Support market research assignments on existing and new products.
- Identify new opportunities for product launches.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Experience will be considered an asset.
- Good business acumen, analytical mindset, and a flair for creativity.
- In-depth knowledge of digital media and its channels.
- Willingness to propose new ideas and think outside the box.
- Familiarity with the local retail (FMCG) landscape, including trade, customers, and structures, is considered an asset.
