The Company
Good Health Foods Ltd. is an established company which imports, packs, and distributes locally, commodities such as pulses and beans, dried fruits and nuts, herbs and spices, seeds, flour and baking products, rice and grains, dried vegetables, flakes and cereals, snacks, and roasted nuts. The Position and Working Hours
We’re looking for an Administration Executive on full-time basis starting from 09:30 until 18:00 (including 30 minutes break) Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main back-office support to sales representatives and assist them as required
  • Coordinate delivery logistics and preparation (including checking) of client orders
  • Oversee stock management of products, inputting updates and placing orders as required
  • Issue invoices, credit notes and statements to clients 
  • Chase clients for payments by phone and by email as required
  • Stocktaking
  • Sourcing and purchasing of raw materials and stock items from international and local suppliers
  • Handle general administrative duties related to office such as handling telephone calls, and setting appointments as required
  • Assist the managing director in monitoring maintenance contracts and client contracts
  • Monitoring the company’s social media as required
  • Providing back-up to the Managing Director and replacing other team members when absent 
  • Other duties as required by the company from time to time


  • An A’ level standard of education
  • Ability to write and verbally communicate clearly in English
  • Experience working in a busy office environment is an asset
  • A pleasant and smart personality
  • Highly computer literate, mainly in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook 
  • Familiarity with Sage Line 50, Eyesel Business Suite or similar ERP software would be considered an asset
  • Capable of planning ahead and multi-tasking
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure, take decisions and remain accurate
  • Able to work within restricted timelines
  • Must have own transport
  • Possesses a clean police conduct

Previous experience in FMCG, supermarkets and / or food industry will be considered an asset.

The salary offered is €23,000 to €25,000 depending upon experience. Performance bonuses will also be given on established targets.

This role is ideal for individuals who would eventually like to progress into operations and logistics managerial roles.
