As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our Wholesale and International team and spearhead our efforts in managing relationships with system integrators and resellers.

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with system integrators and resellers to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

  • One year of sales and entrepreneurial experience;
  • Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or channel development, preferably within the telecom or technology industry;
  • Strong understanding of system integrators and reseller channels, including their business models, dynamics, and key drivers;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners at all levels;
  • Fluent in English and in Maltese, with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights;
  • Be a self-starter, motivated and results-oriented team player, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities;
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and billing systems;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and market trends;
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
