Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Diligex. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and target markets to develop a comprehensive business development strategy.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products / services.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of market research, lead generation techniques, and sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Whilst a proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the AML/CFT / Compliance, Technological Solutions, or B2B service-lines will be considered an asset, we are open to meet honest and driven individuals who want to be part of our success story.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
