We seek to recruit a dynamic individual to join our Claims department as a General Claims Officer. The successful candidate will be required to process claims while maintaining a high standard of professionalism with customers and ensuring timely resolution of claims.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- O’ level of education or equivalent.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Be capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Have the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred.
Additionally, even though training will be provided, preference will be given to candidates who possess the following attributes:
- Insurance qualifications.
- Prior experience in similar roles.
