Your tasks:
- As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent (m/f/d), you will provide customer support in Danish through chat, phone and email by being a representative outward to our customers.
- You will maintain a professional, empathetic attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- Moreover, you will assist the Management team by reporting technical issues and market insights.
- Furthermore, you will ensure proper data protection procedures when maintaining customer records.
- Last but not least, you will record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Your qualifications:
- Strong Danish and English communication skills.
- 1+ year of customer support experience.
- Sports betting knowledge (a plus).
- Ambition and teamwork.
- Flexibility for shifts on weekdays and weekends.
