Job Description
Bloom Research is a fast-growing, independent market research agency offering high quality quantitative and qualitative market research services. We provide a full range of market research services including customer surveys, business-to-business research, mystery shopping, focus groups and creative workshops.
You will be assisting the Research Manager in various projects requirements by ensuring that high quality interviews are achieved in order to deliver client requests in an efficient and professional manner. You will also be responsible for assisting the Research Manager with guidance and supervision of the interviewers.
Your main responsibilities will include checking questionnaires and the management of the sample, preparing project briefs and briefing interviewers, analysing information, monitoring the progress of research projects, writing reports and communicating with other members to ensure that the objectives are met.
You will be a fresh graduate with a genuine interest in market research. You will have excellent writing skills and a good command of the English and Maltese language. The ability to organise and coordinate is important for this role.
You will have a flexible approach to work and can work under pressure and willing to take on responsibility. The ideal candidate should be willing and available to work both mornings and evenings, depending on the project requirements.
