Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic person to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities will include:
- Call handling, greeting clients, and providing assistance
- Email and calendar management
- Contact clients to obtain missing information
- Maintain and update customer records
- Providing support to the Sales team
- Prepare invoices and applications for clients’ orders
- Other day-to-day administrative tasks within the company
Requirements and skills:
- Organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset
