Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic person to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Call handling, greeting clients, and providing assistance
  • Email and calendar management
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Providing support to the Sales team
  • Prepare invoices and applications for clients’ orders
  • Other day-to-day administrative tasks within the company

Requirements and skills:

  • Organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset
