Job Description
At ABRA, we’re looking for a highly-motivated and energetic Office Administrator / Secretary to join our growing team of design professionals.
The Office Administrator / Secretary will be managing day-to-day tasks for our busy office and retail outlet, and providing first-line support to the Design and Retail teams.
Responsibilities
- Greets customers as they arrive at the business offices or retail outlet in Attard
- Maintains and updates customer / product database regularly
- General office duties, including inputting of data, project costings, reconciliations, and processing of payments
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the design or furniture landscape
- Educated at diploma or advanced level; preferably in Administration or Accounting
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as written and verbal communication
- Business fluent in both Maltese and English languages
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word / Excel / Outlook)
- A clean driving license
This role is being offered on a part-time / flexi-hour basis or full-time with reduced hours.
