Job Description

Abertax Quality Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Clerk to join our team in Paola. The Office Clerk will play an important role in supporting the daily administrative and clerical operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails and filing paperwork and any other general office duties that may be required.
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders from various departments or clients.
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Generating and maintain records of purchase orders and related documents.
  • Updating inventory records and databases as needed.
  • Obtaining quotes and negotiate prices for goods and services.
  • Inputting data into purchasing and inventory management systems accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Maltese and English.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work requirements.
