Award in Research Process for Human Resources
This study unit aims to provide learners with an overall description of different elements that constitute research particularly those that can be applied through an organisation’s HR. Learners will be given the opportunity to explore different data collection tools and identify the most suitable based on different research aims.

What you'll learn

Prerequisites
A minimum of 4 O'level standard of education is required while a related job role is to be considered a plus
Qualification Overview
All sessions will be held face-to-face or online via live web conferencing. It is also offered on a blended approach, with a substantial amount of self-study hours. An assessment task will be assigned to learners at the end of the course.
