Undergraduate Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development

This qualification is suitable for adult learners working within the human resources field, who wish to continue to build their portfolio in accredited qualifications related to HR.

This qualification will provide learners with a holistic approach and educate all learners on the HR function. By the end of the course, the learner will be able to:

Prerequisites

  • A qualification of minimum Level 4 in Human Resources; OR
  • A MATSEC Certificate; AND An O level or equivalent in English Language.
