This course provides students with a thorough overview of the mental health topic from a health and business perspective while outlining the leader’s role in promoting a mentally healthy workplace. By the end of this course, students will be able to determine the impact of stigma and outline strategies to offer support and resiliency.

What you'll learn
By the end of the course, the learner will be able to:
- Develop leadership practices that promote mental wellbeing in the workplace
- Critically discuss the effects of mental illness and psychological health on both a personal level and on the company
Prerequisites
A minimum of O level 4 standard of education is required while a related job role is to be considered a plus.
Qualifications Overview
All sessions will be held face-to-face or online via live web conferencing. It is also offered on a blended approach, with a substantial amount of self-study hours. An assessment task will be assigned to learners at the end of the course module.

500 Euro (inclusive of VAT - discounted fee) (A deposit of 100 inclusive of VAT is required upon
registration) Payments for the balance fee can be made by instalments. Training funds are available.
