Award in Managing Mental Health in the Organisation

By the end of the course, the learner will be able to:

• Develop leadership practices that promote mental wellbeing in the workplace
• Critically discuss the effects of mental illness and psychological health on both a personal level and on the company

Prerequisites

A minimum of O level 4 standard of education is required while a related job role is to be considered a plus.

Qualifications Overview

All sessions will be held face-to-face or online via live web conferencing. It is also offered on a blended approach, with a substantial amount of self-study hours. An assessment task will be assigned to learners at the end of the course module.

Fees

500 Euro (inclusive of VAT - discounted fee) (A deposit of 100 inclusive of VAT is required upon
registration) Payments for the balance fee can be made by instalments. Training funds are available.
