As a Facilities Manager at Vivendo, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of all aspects related to the physical workspaces.
Your responsibilities will include opening new outlets in various locations, including Malta, Cyprus, and Greece. Additionally, you will be tasked with the maintenance, security, and safety of facilities and implementing strategies to optimise space utilisation and foster a productive work environment.

Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology for facility management
- A qualification or academic background in a related subject will be preferred
- Proficiency in both Maltese and English is required. Proficiency in Italian or Greek is a plus
