Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless check-in process, extending a warm greeting.
  • Prioritizing guest satisfaction by diligently attending to one’s needs and requests.
  • Managing all formalities related to the arrival, departure and inquiries of guests, clients and / or visitors.
  • Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and further communication in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a proficient understanding of the operations, policies, room types and hotel amenities.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth and effective communication.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities within the Front Office domain as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

The potential candidate will ideally possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Excellent command of the English language; other languages would be an asset.
  • Previous experience within the field of customer service or front desk.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Able to work shift duties, including evenings, nights, weekends and / or holidays.
