Job Description
We are looking for experienced persons in the FMCG or related business to join our Retail Management team which collectively is responsible for the sales performance, development, monitoring and leadership of our shops spread throughout Malta.
Employing over 500 people, The Convenience Shop is a fast-growing company having retail stores in over 40 localities in Malta and offering various opportunities at all levels.
Role
As part of the Retail Management team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the assigned shops within a territory including monitoring and follow-up actions on sales performance, merchandising, inventory management and control, monitoring of costs, implementation of sales schemes, maintenance of quality standards, shops’ upkeep and cleanliness, administrative matters and employee motivation.
Ideal requirements
Ideally, this position requires you to have at least 2 to 3 years management experience in retail in the FMCG or related business, commercial judgment, analytical competence, leadership and communication skills, a creative approach, good time management and multitasking capabilities, and an eye for detail and quality.
