Job Description

The current vacancy is for candidates who have experience in medical customer sales services, specifically within the alternative and holistic medical practice and probiotics. Preferably the candidate is based in Malta, but we are open to discussing the remote possibility.

The Company is also a partner of The Institute of Microbiome And Applied Sciences, offering modules and coaching for microbiome data interpretation. They are located in Malta, Italy and Greece, and their scientific founders have made important contributions to the microbiome field. The first product launched by the company is skinduo, the first combo product for acne (oral and topical probiotic). The other products are all personalised. Position Overview
As a Customer Care Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to healthcare professionals, particularly doctors, and specialists, to communicate our unique selling points and offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, schedule calls and meetings, and effectively convey the benefits of our microbiome-focused services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, and other relevant professionals, via phone calls, emails, letters, and social media platforms.
  • Educate healthcare professionals about our microbiome diagnostic services, personalized diet plans, and tailored probiotics, emphasizing the benefits and advantages for their patients.
  • Schedule appointments, calls, and meetings with healthcare professionals to discuss our offerings in detail and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with healthcare professionals using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for reaching and engaging with healthcare professionals.
  • Stay informed about advancements in microbiome research and healthcare trends to effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration) preferred is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer care, sales, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to use social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Polite and professional with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
