Job Description
Power Plus Trading Limited is looking to recruit a Telesales Agent to join their team on a part-time or full-time basis flexible basis.
Main responsibilities include:
- Calling prospective customers to promote products and generate appointments for salespeople;
- Providing equipment knowledge;
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers;
- Understanding the customers’ requirements and acting upon any feedback received;
- Being aware of any related products available in the market;
- Follow-ups of quotations.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have excellent communication and networking skills;
- Be a highly motivated, self-starter who is a team player;
- Be committed to delivering a high level of customer service;
- Be attentive to detail;
- Be IT literate;
- Be fluent in both spoken and written Maltese and English;
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience within a similar environment.
