An opportunity has arisen within our Maintenance department for a General Maintenance Person to join our team at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands.
The selected candidate will be responsible for keeping the hotel’s facilities interior and exterior looking in excellent condition at all times.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintains hotel grounds regarding wet trades up to the hotel’s standard.
- Reports any faulty or dangerous equipment to the Chief Engineer and to the seniors in his absence.
- Keep up with the wet trades program issued by the Chief Engineer.
- Works in a safe manner and maintains cleanliness and order in the hotel’s power plant areas.
- Maintains rooms in optimal operating condition by performing repairs as needed.
- Carry out small repairs on woodwork, painting, plastering and tiles repairs.
- To give a helping hand to other members of the department when the need arises.
The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate a genuine and positive ‘Yes I Can’ attitude.
