As the Head of Franchise, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the company’s franchise strategy. Responsible for overseeing the growth and success of the franchise network, you will lead a team in different locations (Malta, Cyprus and Greece) to ensure consistent brand representation, operational excellence, and profitability across all franchise locations.

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in franchise management or a similar leadership role. Home retail is a plus
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, contract negotiation, and business development
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyse data, make strategic decisions, and drive operational improvements
- English proficiency. Speaking Maltese, Italian, or Greek is a plus
