Job Purpose
The UX/UI Designer will hold responsibility for conceiving and optimizing the navigation, organisation, interaction design and user journeys, as well as the implementation of user interface designs that support and align with the group product strategy.
Must have a proven track record in delivering high-quality outputs on a consistent basis, possess expert-level design capabilities, and demonstrate an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create and implement interfaces that maximize conversion and overall customer
satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, prototypes and sitemaps for all web and mobile interfaces within the Pinnacle portfolio.
- Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs.
- Establish and promote web/UI design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Prepare requirements documents for development.
- Be a great team player within an agile team environment, collaborating closely with developers, product team and stakeholders alike.
- Conduct competitor analysis and get insights into emerging global trends.
- Actively advocate for the development and optimization of user-centred solutions aimed at differentiating Pinnacle’s value proposition from its competition.
- Track and report key conversion metrics to the business and provide recommendations on where further optimizations are required.
- Understand the Pinnacle target markets, and the player behaviour requirements within those markets to ensure user experiences are designed appropriately for each market.
Knowledge and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of UX and prototyping tools, demonstrable UI design skills.
- High level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and applications, including Figma, Sketch, Abode Creative Suite etc.
- Experience in sports betting is a major plus.
Skills
- Communicate effectively in English, both oral and written form.
- Demonstrated ability to work on small, focused teams to complete critical milestones under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
