Job Description

Pharmadox Healthcare Ltd is an EUcGMP licensed importation, secondary packaging, batch testing and batch release service provider to the global pharmaceutical industry. Having one of the largest and most established setups in the EU, the company is seeking to expand its operations further and extensively.

We are currently looking for a Stores Officer who will be part of the Production and Stores team. The prospective candidate will be reporting directly to the Stores / Production Manager. The Stores Officer will be expected to carry out the following:

Roles and responsibilities:

  • To create an effective seamless link between all departments with the tasks at hand
  • To ensure the smooth running of operations with GMP/GDP guidelines and regulations. Moreover, the Stores Officer is expected to highlight operational problems to management during scheduling
  • Abide by requirements of the Falsified Medicines Directive (2011/62/EU)
  • To coordinate with the Stores Manager for:
    • Inspection and registration of incoming consignments / samples
    • Registration of samples for QC lab
    • Outgoing consignments
  • Coordinate with the piers with respect to materials required for upcoming scheduled jobs together with their preparation and checking
  • To check incoming consignments as per company standard operating procedures before approval and registration into the Pharmadox warehouse
  • To prepare GRFs / registration and assign respective locations
  • To ensure proper status labelling for all products in the warehouse
  • To ensure that all products are stored and handled according to their storage conditions
  • To perform the goods in check upon receipt of any shipments
  • Concerning secondary packaging:
    • Prepare the blank copy of the batch packaging record before the secondary packaging of a medicinal product
  • Concerning quality control:
    • To carry out sampling of incoming consignments for quality control testing as per company standard operating procedures
    • To perform registration within the warehouse and book any incoming samples including the downloading and saving of any data loggers being received
    • To assign an FP number and document accordingly
    • To register and document retention samples as required and as applicable
  • Concerning the dispatch of consignments:
    • To issue dispatch notes and packing lists for outgoing consignments
  • General duties:
    • To inform the Quality Assurance department of any equipment which is not in use, and registration of any new equipment being commissioned
    • To inform the Quality Assurance department of any non-conformance and reject reports and issue descriptions of any documentation

  • Proficient in the use of English and mathematics
  • Possession of manual, interpersonal and general communication skills
  • Must have experience using a forklift
  • On-the-job training will be provided for the above post
