Job Description

As a Store Manager, you are an integral part of the PG Group. You are directly responsible for the success of the store. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set an example for your team while performing various tasks related to customer service, visual merchandising, sales and stock management, loss prevention, human resources and operations. You are also to support the General Manager in all tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the department.

  • To follow all minimums of customer service consistently setting standards for the team.
  • To solve any customer issues as they arise.
  • To manage conflict and refer to the senior management team when necessary.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation.
  • Passion for retail, market, competitors and trend awareness.
  • Knows how to drive sales and can provide examples.
  • Has led a stable and consistent career.
  • Good team management experience.
