Job Description
Panaxia Malta is part of a group of Israeli pharmaceutical companies specializing in the Medical Cannabis sector. We are seeking to recruit a Production Operator to join our Production department.
The selected candidate will be responsible to:
- Ensure that all products are manufactured, packed and stored according to GMP regulations and as per company procedures.
- To ensure that all batch records are properly filled and respect ALCOA principles.
- Ensure that the production floor is properly maintained: cleaned and free from clutter.
- Ensure that all GMP-related training, including SOP training needs, is performed in a timely manner.
- To follow all EHS procedures in daily operations.
- To follow GMP regulations and company procedures at all times.
- To perform additional duties as may from time to time be required in the best interest of the company.
The ideal candidate will:
- A minimum of an O’ level of standard of education is required.
- Ability to understand and achieve strategy and tactical implementation.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Pharma Industry.
- Possession of good communication skills both oral and written English.
- Computer literacy experience with databases, spreadsheets and word processing is required.
- Sound knowledge of the manufacturing environment.
- Assertive in character and a team player.
- Problem-solving approach, organized and able to multitask.
- Possess a proactive, dynamic and flexible approach.
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25kg.
