Job Description
We are currently recruiting for the position of Storekeeper in our Shipyard located in Malta.

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments of goods and materials;
- Organize and maintain inventory levels within the storeroom or warehouse;
- Ensure accurate labelling, storage, and rotation of stocks;
- Fulfil internal requisitions and prepare orders for shipment;
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits;
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed;
- Collaborate with purchasing and procurement departments to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies;
- Utilize inventory management software or systems to track inventory movement and levels.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper or similar role preferred;
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
- Valid driver’s license.
