Job Description
The applicant will join our company Ozo Resources Ltd on a full-time basis and will be assigned at Wasteserv.
Some of the main duties and responsibilities for this position will include
- Liaise directly with the Officers falling within the unit to communicate strategy and objectives and to ensure the unit’s performance is in line with those same objectives
- Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the unit
- Communicate and report the Senior Management on the unit’s status as may be required
- Preparation of tenders, reports, records and other documentation as may be required by the Department Manager
- Ensure compliance with permits in particular with operating conditions and the improvement program
- Ensure health and safety procedures for employees under his/her responsibility are strictly adhered to at all times
- Suggest and recommend operational improvements and oversee any changes in the operational management
- Assist the Head Engineer in the implementation of company and environmental policies
- Assist the Head Engineer in the achievement of targets
- Carry out site visits to contractors and/or other facilities as may be required
- Participate in training if and when required both locally and abroad
- Operate the plant according to the required EU and ISO standards, the IPPC or Environmental permit and the company procedures

- In possession of MQF level 6 of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or
- In possession of MQF level 6 of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (Plant) OR in Electronics and Control Engineering
