Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and hard-working Accounts Clerk to contribute to the growth of our company.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile accounts
- Liaise with external Auditors
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Respond to supplier’s inquiries
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in an accounting role
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in SAGE is considered an asset
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, is highly organised, meticulous and attentive to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate good communication skills and a supportive, team-building personality
- Fluency in Maltese and English
