Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and hard-working Accounts Clerk to contribute to the growth of our company.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Liaise with external Auditors
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Respond to supplier’s inquiries

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in an accounting role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in SAGE is considered an asset
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude, is highly organised, meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and a supportive, team-building personality
  • Fluency in Maltese and English
