Job Description

We are currently seeking an Information Systems Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain and oversee IT-related systems
  • Participates in an on-call roster to provide support on urgent related requests
  • Configures and maintains the company’s internal network and Internet connectivity
  • Installs and upgrades back-office systems
  • Interacts with departments to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
  • Escalates technical-related issues and liaises with hardware and software vendors
  • Logs everyday IT problems and resolutions
  • Document departmental procedures and standards

Role Requirements
Education and minimum qualifications

  • IT-related diploma or related certification

Work Experience

  • Between 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
