Job Description
We are currently seeking an Information Systems Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and oversee IT-related systems
- Participates in an on-call roster to provide support on urgent related requests
- Configures and maintains the company’s internal network and Internet connectivity
- Installs and upgrades back-office systems
- Interacts with departments to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
- Escalates technical-related issues and liaises with hardware and software vendors
- Logs everyday IT problems and resolutions
- Document departmental procedures and standards
Role Requirements
Education and minimum qualifications
- IT-related diploma or related certification
Work Experience
- Between 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
