Job Description

Muscats Motors Ltd specialises in Automotive and has an exciting full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic Fitter to join our dynamic team.

The Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories Fitter is responsible for installing accessories on premium cars such as BMW, MINI, Jaguar and Land Rover and resolving issues in an efficient and effective manner to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Tasks:

  • Carry out installation of premium car accessories including side steps, roof racks, dog guards, etc
  • Remove and install body and interior trims such as dashboards, upholsteries, roof liners, etc
  • Polish and detailing of cars’ exterior
  • Resolve any water leaks and or possible structural body-related issues / noises
  • Ensure that all cars are returned to the customers at the highest professional standard
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations company policies and Franchise Standard requirements
  • Keep updated on franchise standards, new vehicle models, manufacturer’s technical specifications and new vehicle technology
  • Attend training organised both locally and abroad when and as required
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Service and Training Manager from time to time

Job requirements and qualifications:

  • O’ level education standard
  • A certificate in automotive will be considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s licence category B

Experience:

  • Prior experience working in a similar role will be considered an asset
