Job Description

We’re hiring a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive our Telesales and Digital team towards success. As a pivotal figure, you’ll lead, motivate, and coach our sales agents, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading, inspiring, and coaching both telesales and digital teams.
  • Monitoring productivity, quality, and sales targets.
  • Embracing a culture of high energy and fun.
  • Ensuring team adherence to procedures and standards.
  • Collaborating with training and development teams.
  • Handling customer queries within SLAs.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coaching and training abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in handling customer queries effectively.
