Job Description

ESS Ltd. is a forerunner in the electrical sector of the Maltese market, catering for residential, commercial and institutional requirements.

The Role
The selected candidate will form part of the ESS Counter Electrical Sales team developing a rewarding career.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet incoming clients, support and serve
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls or emails
  • Supporting clients with developing design ideas and issuing quotes accordingly
  • Chasing customers to close sales leads
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Keeping track of own sales targets
  • Following through a sale from beginning to end with the relative departments in the company
  • Processing new sales leads

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • In possession of an electrical licence, A and B
  • Willing to learn
  • Passionate and flair for selling
  • Friendly and outgoing personality able to work as a team and individually
  • Organised and able to prioritise
  • Energetic and capable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic IT skills and a good level of education
  • Good command of both Maltese and English is a must
  • Clean police conduct
