Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple retail locations within a designated area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful team management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the designated area.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Ensure that each outlet meets and exceeds performance metrics, including sales goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and support to outlet leaders and staff, including suggesting training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all outlets.
  • Provide customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • Address any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of retail and / or telecoms operations.
